5th and 6th Class enjoyed their sports day, especially the penalties, with some getting the better of Mr Cooper! Some rules may have been broken in Tug of War, with a certain teacher adding her weight! It was a memorable last Sports Day for the outgoing 6th Class. 3rd and 4th Class tried not to be too competitive on their Sports Day but all enjoyed the day! 1st and 2nd Class enjoyed what was Mrs Hally's last Sports Day at Dunhill NS.. As ever, she got stuck in with the children as you can see! Ms Millea's Infants enjoyed their sports day last Friday June 17th. Check out some photos of their day! Mr Cooper's 5th and 6th Class also travelled to Kilkenny, this time to Castlecomer Discovery Park. They took part in boating and treetop walks, lots of heads for heights in this group! Miss Millea's Junior and Senior Infant classes travelled on their very first school tour to Nore Valley pet farm in Co. Kilkenny. Great fun was had and the rain helpfully dried up! 3rd and 4th class travelled to lismore |
